On a personal note, I would move to another state. Everytime I see your car I look at the license plate and think Brokeback Mountain.
Lmao, I didn't even think of that about our license plates. I haven't actually seen the movie, but those that I've talked to said that it wasn't even filmed in Wyoming, they went to parts of Montana and Canada because "Wyoming just doesn't look like Wyoming."

As for the scenery in those, I took them between Laramie and Centennial, I was closer to Medicine Bow then I was to Laramie. You can kinda see the Medicine Bow Mountains in the pictures from behind. I pulled off the road on a little Historical Marker deal for Overland Trail or something like that, the little tombstone marker deal is hidden by the car.

I heard what the movie was about and decided I would never watch it. Just makes me sick.

BTW - New sig looks great!

Thanks, my trial on photoshop ran out though so I'm stuck for awhile, unless I can come up with $500 to buy the whole CS3 through the University, that's about half off...

Yeah, I had the guy go as wide as he could and do the spacing as half as wide as each stripe, think it ended up at 9.5" and 4.25"

Information I found on the net about the Chevy accessory stripes is they are 10.5 inches wide and spaced at 2 inches from the center of the car.

My stripes are 10 inches wide. And they're intended to be spaced at 2 inches from the center of the car. Just.... they aren't.

And I "Had" planned on buying another kit and having it installed with the intended spacing. Just a reman transmission came in to my life at an inconvenient time.

Yeah man, I'm sorry for you tranny/shop problems.

I like the wider spacing of mine as it fits better with the more rounded corners, and it takes up more room I just wish the weather would decide what it wants to do so I could go out and drive her some more, hell, I might just go drive around town here in a bit anyway, I've got 2 hours until class anyway.

Looks REAL nice Garrett[8D]. I think you've got one of THE best last gen' Montes on here! The stripes are sweet, but because of the car color, they're still somewhat subtle, and I like that! Grille is awesome, too. What's next on the mod list?

Thanks Wayne, that's part of the reason I still chose to go with the black instead of light silver as was suggested, I like the more subtle things. That's the reason I went with a body color windshield banner as opposed to a white one.

For now the Monte will probably stay the same for awhile, I've got little bowtie overlays that I'm going to put on the center caps of the wheels once it warms up enough. Other than that I'm hoping to put in some speakers this summer to keep up with the subs that I put in over break, and getting a tribal design deal to fit in front of the stripes to fill up the gap as that funky looking area has been bugging me. New wheels would be great, but those will probably be a few years off along with the Razzi bodykit in black, wheels will most likely be black too. Interior will be reworked sometime, I want to add some silver cloth of some sort to some of the panels along with some new seats.

Most likely the car isn't going to change until I get further into college and start getting a bit of money back as opposed to blowing it all on supplies.
