hello all. new to the forum. i just purchased some baby moon hubcaps online for my 98 monte, but they won't fit on the wheels as the existing hubcaps are held on by the lugnuts. will any 15 inch chevysteel wheels fit on this car that will accept these caps? i've heard that the 98 has a unique lug pattern. thanks for your help.

thanks for the reply, space. i just got the car not too long ago, so no pics yet. i did tint the windows recently with 35% in front and 15% for the back three windows. looks great already. if i can get the moons on, it'll really stand out. those are the rims in the picture, but there is no indent for the hubcaps to snap into. tried using a mallet, kicking it, crying...everything. no go.

 

you'd have ot buy a rim off of something for the 50's and 60's to put a baby moon on it. our 1950 Chevy 3100 has a set of baby moons on it

 

they're not true baby moons. they're one piece full size hubcaps that resemble baby moons called smoothies.
