so are those headlight covers legal in all 50 states?

Im not sure if they are legal in all states or not... i know for a fact at night they can't be lol. But it only takes a second to pop them on and off, blinkers show right through them... if there illegal in some states i cant really see why, as long as its daylight.

 

Love it. I got a 2001 black ss and I really wanna murder it out. I wasnt sure if i wanted to get the blackout head lights, but after seeing them on yours, i think they would look great on mine. How much did you spend on those, if you dont mind me asking?
