Default Detailing supplies question

Every winter in the past I have boxed up all my detailing supplies and got them out of the garage and stored them in the basement.

I see no warning about storing below a certain temprature. Think it is ok to leave in garage year-round?

Of course. I do (I don't have a basement, so no where else to put them). They freeze at much lower temperatures because of all the stuff in it. I've never had a problem. Waxes, spray detailer, aerosol tire sprays, all that stays in the garage.

the only thing i could really see being affected by the cold would be your wax. Im not sure tho i keep all my detailing stuff at my shop with the heat on at night around 55-60 degrees.

Wish my garage where heated Still working on wifey to get my tile floor put in the garage next spring $1,500 for that. The upgrade in the garage I did this year was close to $800.00

I think I will jus leave the stuff in the garage this year it is all insulated and dry walled now. I'll check out the stuff in the spring and see how it all weathered. Hate draging it all in the house every year. I got a full cabinet full of detaling stuff.

Tadd: I've done that same thing for yrs. After moving to Minnesota. It gets way colder here then where you are. -22 for weeks. My turtle wax was really messed up. It cracked the container and when it did warm up enough it spilled on the floor of the garage. Did catch it in time. I bought a tub from walmart. Put all my cleaning stuff, waxes windex, stuff like that in the lower level of the house. Can't use it during our winters anyways. So I'd rather be safe then sorry

We have a heated garage so I leave my detailing stuff in the cabinets.

I will bring all mine in to be safe. If I had a better garage I probably would just leave it but the snow just blows right in. Also this summer a brand new bottle of degreaser leaked out of the nozzle from the heat. Anyone have that happening to them?

I was told not to leave any product freeze, after it thaws it more diluted thus being less effictive.
