I would go with a dark silver metallic. It would look pretty good with the dark red. Maybe a set of rally(SS) stripes would look good.

what are you looking for? the typical style off of the top of the trim line in the middel of the door?
off the top crease on the doors and hood?

have you thought of a color yet?

Im kind of like MRL390 says I would do a SS strip on it they look great ont he Montes. Also I would use it in Vinl At least if you do it this way and you dont like it you can take it off and only be out the pric eof the stripes.

Also somethign i delt with and so has DESS when we took our cars in to see about a trade or to sell them I was basically told i could not get anythign for it due to the mods that i ahve done to the car.
Also at one place they told me out right make it stock looking and then you can come back in and we will talk with you. but till then i wont touch it for our lot.

So i would think long and hard about doing custom paint on that car unless you know you will pretty much keep it forever.
Mine is now going to my daughter when she gets old enough. but this was part of a plan from the Git go if all went right.

I've always loved the black and red color combo, usually with a higher intensity red though. I'd say some sort of achromatic color like black, white, silver and whatnot.

I'm in the process of making everything on my car either dark silver or black.

I've thought about this too. I know I'm not going to be driving my Monte for the rest of my life, but some times I wonder whether if I sell it I would end up kicking myself later since it is my first car ever and has a lot of sentimental value. My dad had a '66 Impala SS with a 427 for his first car, and he wished he never got rid of it and ended up buying one just like it when he got older. So I guess if the car has to be almost stock to get any money out of it, then I'll probably be keeping my Monte so that I can bring back memories of my high school/college years when I am older.

Well, if you were just to do the ground effects I would go silver.

I second the silver idea.
