I recently got the meguiars ultimate black trim restore at work & did a little spot test on its black cap vs mothers back to black. The meguiars spot is still dark & noticeable a week later vs mothers. I wish I could get a picture of it for you, but I lack a smart phone ):
I've been meaning to buy a bottle, along with alot of our other new products..but never have the cash at hand

Meguiars > Mothers every time IMO

I just use paint, vinyle paint. I don't recommend it. Lol, I am not help...
