I tried to straighten it out by sitting on it, but that was the best I could do before the light turned green.

Suppose you also forgot to put the car cover back on causing me to need to wash it again too huh?

I know how frustrating, and how expensivea repair that can get to be if you're not lucky.
Really hope you get lucky and it works out for ya.
Is it possible it got bent when someone closed the hood (or attempted to) with something left underneath it by accident?

If so it would have had to been someone else screwing around under my hood, I've never shut anything in it. I'm not too worried about the hood, it's not a noticable as some other things that I'll take some pictures of here soon.
