I have replaced the light in the trunk also which helps at night too for when you are showin the system.

and nice jaws, I have HID's too and they really do look amazing but most importantly they offer a great visibility. and yea i think it is a 194 bulb, far as i know the rear ends of your ss and my ls are the same (even though they're diff gens).

I couldn`t agree with you guys more. The little things really set off a car. That was one reason I got the trunk lid liner. Granted it`s a little more expensive than the bulb changes; which I plan on doing in the spring.

Previous car had a grey interior and the body color was red. I changed all the interior light bulbs to red except for the overhead dome light. Which I was able to turn on and off with a switch. A feature I wish we had in our 6th gen Montes.

Another popular mod that adds to the look of a car is de-badging the exterior of the car. GM likes to overbadge their vehicles. Too many badges and/or mouldings can clutter the look of the car. Removing some or all of them can give you a much cleaner look.

 

Small things for sure set a car off. I can't even remember all that I've done but I know it includes a black bowtie overlay for the steering wheel and stock wheels, black overlay on Mark of Excellence badges, black painted front bowtie, all sorts of small things that you don't focus on but you know is different.

lol nice one i didnt think anyone caught the indirect connection i made to the song lol and yea taz debadging is a must all i have is the chevy bowtie left on the trunk lol

 

I will definitely be removing the GM logo on the front fenders and I have also been thinking about removing the bowtie and Monte Carlo emblems on the Trunk. I'd like to have only SS emblems or just leave the bowtie on the front grill and get the black overlay for it.

The Monte Carlo 3rd Brake light decal is a nice touch. Do you have any more pictures of it?

 

nope sorry but if you're interested it's only 9.99 shipped on ebay really cheap. and they always have plenty. just be prepared to have patience when installing it lol.

Just ordered myself that 3rd brake light cover. But I got it with the Script format of Monte Carlo SS, since I have the older model.
