yup went to the yard today and pick up a whole interior from a 01 special edition grand prix. i'm gonna be busy this weekend putting new front/back seats in the monte. the door panels, spoiler, and console going to be sell in the grand prix club and hopefully get most of my $$ back. if i was there earlier this week i could probably got the roof rail too, but look like someone beat me to it. i'll keep you update with pics on the installation.

 

What happened? Was the guy parting out his car?

WoooooooooooW, on a Silver Monte, those seats will look FABULOUS!! Why are you changing them out.... are you just looking for a different look and style, or are your Monte seats worn out?

 

looks. i always like 2 tone seats. i wouldn't mind getting one off the JG or pace car mc, but they so damn expensive and hard to find. i almost got the 04 grand prix GT seat but the back seat are ripped.

 

I'm interested in seeing these 97-03 GP seats look in our cars. I am in the process of getting GP GXP seats and I can 't wait to hopefully get the deal to go through.

 

Is it just my imagination, or are the GP front seats not quite as bulky as the MC seats? Or are they just shaped a little different?

Congrads on the Find. I wanted to take the seats out of the 07 GP I found my engine in but the were black and seem to be jus as comfy as the ones we have originally in our Montes.

 

the monte seats are bulkier. the mc is more comfortable tho.

the 07 gp seat would of been a better choice i think more comfortable plus the front seats can be be fold all the way down in the front. give you more space room if you need to. the head rest on the monte and gp look like they are interchangeable too. if they are which i think so i will find someone local to make me a silver bowtie like the red one in the car right now. lucky i kept my stock head rest.
