1999 Monte Carlo LS!
I bought this a few months ago. Here's what I've done.
Here's when I first got it... 10 minutes after I drove it home.
Then I added a window decal and tint. I did both myself for a total of $25.
Sorry the pics came out funny with the lines. I'll get good pics one of these days...after I wash it.
Today I put on fog lights and a pulsing tube light in the inside. It goes with the base. I know I'll probably get some crap for not hiding the light under the dash or somewhere, but the light sucks and isn't very bright. The only way you can see the light is if you can see it. I took it appart and it's only two LEDS on either ends of a plastic tube. But at night it looks sweet because it really stands out then.
Here's my "system". Just a JVC h/u and I made a mount for my PSP to play music through. Here's also a video of the pulsing light.

Is it just my slow computer, or does the light lag with the music? Whatever, it's better in person of course.
That's all for now. I want to do more stuff to it... just don't know what yet.
Later.

RE: 1999 Monte Carlo LS!
Very nice work!
If you're planning on using more LED strips, check to see if they're the super bright LED's. The super brights are much better for lighting areas like under the dash/footwell area. When using LED strips, you usually need to install more of them than you would neon or incandescent bulbs. But LED's take less current, so they shouldn't drain your system as much.
You sound like you're having lots of fun customizing your new-to-you Monte. Keep up the good work!

I covered the subs today...and yesterday.
Just starting...
Finished. I want to make some rings for it now to cover up the screws. I thought it would be cool too to buy an extra "Monte Carlo" emblem off ebay and lay the letters out on the outside of the subs along the vertical edge.
