Good Morning EV1!

Drew...
Thanks for starting the Members Daily Blog!

Tadd, Amy and Matt:
Unfortunately as you may already know I wont be attending the Monte Nationals this year... Despite the Monte looking better than last year...Grrrr..lol Have a Great Show at the Nationals!

Just a Little FYI:

The Michigan Monte Carlo Club has been named a club affiliate of the Downriver Cruise this year! you can check it out at downrivercruise.com !

Not much going on today other than so far... no rain...lol
I will be however doing some more detailing on the Monte and getting it ready for the cruise as it officially will be on Saturday...
But people are already cruising Fort st with there hotrods and custom rides... I imagine Friday there will be many many more out cruising a day early before the official cruise on Saturday!

Good morning everyone. Work late today but I am off tomorrow. Did a little wet sanding and buffing today and it looks better than it did. I really need to get an actual buffer rather than a random buffer which I think it is called. It is supposed to rain later but hoping it doesn't. As long as it doesnt rain this friday I am going to my first car show with the monte but we will see.

Hello fellow Monte enthusiasts. It's a beautiful day here in NC, 84 degrees... perfect for driving an intercooled Monte...

Oh, I installed one of those triple gauge pod deals from Lotek, just gotta get a wideband to fill the last spot. Can't wait to get off work and cruise in my beast.

Cheers britches!

Mike I want to know where this 5 cent bottomless coffee is! Lol.

I'm just getting ready for work right now. This'll probably be another long week. But next week is only 4 days.

figured I should pop in, got my virus protection renewed finally but I was offline for over a week, lol. wish I could've made GM nats but between work being busy and my truck making the death chirp (stupid plastic distributer gear is wearing out, normally not an issue but for my trucks engine it also drives the oil pump. nice design ford! ) and since I don't own anything else I trust enough to make it to Carlisle I just spent the weekend relaxing.

on a side note for some reason there was a Pontiac solstice / Saturn sky meet at a hotel a few miles away from me Saturday, and I saw a good 500+ little roadsters this weekend, lol. surprised they weren't at the GM nats!
