Wheel offset?

I have an 03 monte carlo ss. I'm wondering if anybody know's what the best offset is for a 18x9 wheel?

I'm interested in what others will say as well, but I'm pretty sure that around a 35mm offset is best.

+35 through +45 is where you want to stay
