Whats the best size tires

Im picking up my first monte a 1988 ss later this week and it needs new tires. it has 235/60r15 on all for corners with the stock rims. Im keeping the rims and like the look of a beefier tire on the back. I'm thinking 245/60's on back and either 235 or 225/60's up front. I would appreciate your comments and if you have pictures for me to view I would appreciate those as well. Thanks!!

I just picked up some 345-30-19 nt05R a few weeks ago. Love that beefy rear tire look! Probably couldn't fit that size on a monte without a few mods though :)

Back in 1993, Car Craft magazine built up a 1985 SS; I have a few of those issues and scanned this page that has a good shot of the car with its new wheels & tires.

Granted, they used 16x8" front and 16x8.5" rear custom Simmons wheels, with 245/50ZR-16s front and 255/50ZR-16s rear, but I thought it'd still be good to show how an SS looks with that setup.

If I'm not mistaken, the stock SS wheels are 15x7", and 235s might already be as wide as you can safely go with them. :( 235s wouldn't look as cool as a wider tire, but they're not terrible either.
