Default What part is this.

I asked my dad if he could get my back tire fixed while I was gone. Long story short he didn't ask me where to put the jack....

Can anyone identify this part so I can get a new one. I can't drive the car as is. It is the bent one towards the front of the car, on the rear tire. It's the bent, non adjustable rod.

Thanks! It's #31. And I'll try to get out the bolt and see how it goes. If it hits I'll try bending it.

Like MonteMan said thats the lateral arm or control arm. I would just bend it back straight and then take it for an alignment. The toe is adjusted with the big nut on the rear arm so the should be able to even it out.

I went under hoping our years were different, they aren't. How did you end up bending yours back?

I found a small bottle jack & wedged it up in there & used that to push it out

The only problem with bending it back is it will weaken the metal and may cause it to break unexpectedly while driving. Not saying I wouldn't try it, I did it to a tie rod once. It bought me some time but it still broke eventually.
