Tires sizes for 20 inch wheel 6th Gen
 

Hey there all
Just had a question about max tire size for our vehicles
Currently I run a set of VERDE V39 PARALLAX
with specs of 245/35R20 +38 20x9
Wheels give the look i was looking for and fill the wheel well very nicely. No rubbing or anything at stock height.
Was wondering if it was possible to run a different tire size especially because i live up north and instead of using our taxes for our roads, theyd rather make it worst for our cars 😂
With the current set up, it looks like i have a little less than a finger space of room between the tire and base of the strut. was wondering if anyone is running something similar and what sizes fit that i wont rub or cause issues
I was going for more of a 255/40R20 or 265 if possible.

Unfortunately I don't have an answer to your question. But I did want to say the car looks pretty sharp. I did not think I was going to like 20's on these, but those look sharp.

Yea they do. That was my first thought. Actually, those might be the first 20" wheels that look good on these, that ive seen at least. Would love to see it lowered.

Well, have any current coilover options? 😂

ZZP makes their own coil overs for our cars but they also sell a set of BC Racing coil overs. I think both are pretty high quality but Ive never had them myself.

If you do lower the car, I suggest NOT going with lowering springs. Thats what I did and I regret it every time I drive the car. Spent more money on slotting and alignment issues than I would have just buying coils AND tubular control arms. Its not that the handling quality is bad, its just a money comparison issue.

Well when funds are available, coilovers have definetly been on the list. might actually give me clearance besides the factory strut tower base getting in the way. Its possible i could go up to a 275 tire on this 😂
