Well, it's getting close to replacing the original Eagles after only 27K.

I like the Eagles but they seem to wear very quickly, what's everyone else running post original?

If I go back eagles I am thinking of upgrading to the next speed rating from stock.

i herd the BFG Touring TA are good. Look into BFG's. They last a long time and are great in bad weather

I've got the Dayton ZR's and I'm very happy with them. 20,000 miles and about half worn. And theat is on some pretty hard driving at times. They also seem to handle very well on dry and wet pavement.

They are 255-45 ZR's on 17 x 8.5 Helo rims. They were the widest tire that would fit with a 2" drop on the car. The rear tires will rub slightly on bumps with a passenger in the back seat.

I am thinking about looking at the BF Goodrich tires when it comes time for replacement, but not for any particular reason other than I've heard some good things about them.

Have you guy's heard anything on the Goodyear Assurance? I've read a couple of reviews elsewhere and it seems to be better than the OEM Goodyears....

I've also had my eye on a set of those Firestone Fire Hawks........[sm=wootwoot.gif]

Just kidding of course.......

Hollywood,

Check out Tire Rack. If you don't buy from them it is still a very cool research tool.

I am torn between these:

# 1 Choice: Goodyear Assurance
#2 Choice: OEM Eagles
#3 Choice: BFG T/A's
#4 Choice: Firestone Fire Hawks..... (Just Kidding)

Let me know which one's you end up running.....I figure I have about 5K more on mine..

What size tires are on your car Todd. I have access to a ton of info on a large array of brands with a variance of prices?
