rear brake line question

Hey folks.in the process of doing my f body brake upgrade. I have my calipers(vette not camaro, red)brackets, pads. Still want drilled and slotted rotors. Any way my question is I want to install stainless braided lines and I would like to get a complete kit for cost savings. Will the Camaro rear brake lines work on the gen six Montes? Knowing gm they probably will but not sure of it. Also does any body recommend a good brand to go with. Thanks for the help and advice

When reading posts from people that have done the F body caliper conversion I have seen no mention of having to replace the hoses, so I assume they are the same diameter/pitch as the OE calipers. If that's the case, I would recommend Russell stainless hoses:

Power Stop makes a very good quality drilled/slotted rotor:

You are correct in that. I'd read also in many post that you need to bend the front hose bracket to get a little slack in the line. I could run my stock hoses but I'm looking for a real firm brake pedal and the stainless lines will help with that. Failed to mention in original post that I'll be running kyb agx struts as well.not that it matters. I'll probably wind up getting the fronts for a Camaro and the rears for the monte. Thanks for the links by the way. Nice wheels by the way mike

I have stock calipers all around (but they are powder coated) and I upgraded to the Goodridge stainless flex hoses. If you are bending the bracket to currently use your stock hoses, you could just buy the W-body Goodridge kit....

Hey maniac I've done a little looking online here an I haven't been able to find those Goodridge brake lines. I would definitely run those because they are US made.

Ask and ye shall receive. Below is a link to the Goodridge lines. :)
