Default Opinion of Wheels

I've been looking at the (limited amount of) wheels available for my Monte the last couple of months and thinking I might pick up a set of the wheels shown below. Whatcha think?

They're 17x7.5 w/40mm offset. They also make an 18x8 but I don't want to lose that much sidewall. I want to keep a half way comfortable ride and not have to worry about every little bump in the road bending a rim.

I like the OE wheels also, but the price to have them reconditioned or purchase already done is crazy expensive when compared to aftermarket wheel prices. A lot of places that offer them have been out of stock for months now also. The American Racing Maverick comes real close to matching the OE wheel. I've been considering those also but like the look of these a little better. If I do decide to go with these wheels availabilty will be the next stumbling block. They will have to be special ordered since nobody carries them in stock...or at least none of the places I have checked carry them.

It's not a pic of them on the car, but here's a better look at the wheel:

Foose wheels are the S***. They're crazy expensive though. Come to think of it, I think I was looking at the black/aluminum version of these before i did my rims. I guess they don't look too much like Pacer's but still look pretty good.

Pricing isn't too bad. They're right in the ballpark of a lot of the American Racing wheels. In fact, I found them for $15 per wheel cheaper than the AR Mavericks. I love quality, but always looking for the best deal I can find.
