I think this should help you out...
This is what Matt (06mistreSS) did and used to lower his Monte. :wave&point: https://montecarloforum.com/forum/ti...treSS+lowering |

Yes thanks Dave. I went with Canuck Motorsports lowering springs on my 06; about a 1.8" overall drop. I installed those on Bilstein HD-Series struts and it's a very nice setup.

Eibach kit is nice I have the old ones, they have since been redesigned for a bit more drop in the front; Monte Carlo (2000-current) Lowering Specs: lowers front approximately 1.3”, lowers rear approximately 1.0”; it will probably settle to 1.5 and 1.2.
Not sure what my old one were, I'll have to check my groupo at home... |

Where do you get those? I haven't been able to find them

The Eibach's have been discontinued for a while now. I figured that out when I was searching for parts for my 06. I went with the Eibach's on my 03 but that was back in 2007.

There are some springs on ebay but they are under $100 or just over and dont know if they are worth it.
|
From seeing other members' problems with the ebay springs, I would say stay away from those. Main thing being that they don't seem to correctly drop the amount they advertise.
|
Just let me know if you run accross a kit. I do want to drop the car a little bit.
