I've used several brands of caliper paint. Stay away from VHT. Dupli-color is my choice. You can EASILY multi-coat it, and it stays looking shiney. GOOD stuff! Red, blue, or even silver would look good.
The wheels are GREAT!
The tires are WAY too small. They don't even come close to filling the wheel wells. I'm running 235-50-18s, but also have a set 0f 245-45-18s.

To compensate for the small tires. would lowering the car be a good choice for it and how should that be done without spending alot of money.

Lower is always better for handling anyhow.
I have seensprings from $240 and up.
I would also agree with everyone and recommend Lowering your Monte.
Too much gap there with those low profile tires.
