114.3x5 WILL WORK JUST FINE! I have mustang bullitt wheels with that bolt pattern and they work just fine. The studs dont even rub on the holes in the wheels. Remember we are talking about .7mm difference. I bet the manufacturers tolerances are larger than that when the actually machine the hubs. lol. I will say I run my car harder on the street than most people here. My tires cry when I corner more often than a teething child. I have had no problems whatsoever running these wheels and I have no regrets about using them.

Sorry

everyone is right 115mm is the size its referred to as being now. even though 114.3 mm is .7 mm smaller if anyone knows the metric system this is only 0.02755906" smaller than 115mm. and for the record i work in the auto industry 114.3mm is the size for that bolt pattern but every manufacturer in north america changed it to 115mm because people who did not understand how small a mm is couldn't make sense of the .3mm difference. if anyone has a micrometer go ahead and dial in 0.027" and see how much of a difference there is.;)

Not trying to make you feel dumb or anything. Just trying to show that there is nothing wrong with using the 114.3 bolt pattern. Some people are just convinced that it wont work or that its bad to use for some reason.

That's what I was getting to. I've seen people say that your asking for troubles and it'll do harm and so on and so on. However they never offer up solid proof. It's always a friend of a friend of a friend's second cousin heard about someone that knew somebody... Hell you get the idea.

Matt's got them and he's said he's had no ill effects, good enough for me! Get the 114.3 and enjoy the heck out of them! :D

sorry guys, just to chime in.

Now this could be for many reasons, unknown actually. i have the falken explicit tires in 245/45 - 18's and they have a 5x114.3 bolt pattern. i went to have my tire patched from a nail in it, guy popped off my tire and a stud was already broken before he touched it. thinking he broke it, put the wheel back on, took it to my shop the next day to get my brakes done and my SS brake lines put in, took off the other rear wheel and another stud broke. 2 studs? coincidence or not? im keeping the wheels, and nothing has happened since (about a month ago) i just dont know what to blame 2 studs breaking on me for. im a pretty aggressive driver lol.
