Default 255 45 19's

Hey guys, newbie here. I found a set of 255 45 19 tires on 19 by 8.5 wide with ET:52 for super cheap and I love the look of them. I have a 2006 Monte Carlo SS with stock suspension. Does anyone know if I can run these without rubbing or anything or is it not possible? Thanks, everyone and I appreciate the help/advice.

Have an 02, run 255 50 16's (Comes with OEM 16's), no rubbing at front, 1/4 spacers at rear to avoid trailing arm rub. You are jumping up one size wheel, bet 19's would clear. And they are only 255 45's, a bit narrower than 50's. If they do rub just add spacers. There are always the Pro's and Con's crowd regarding use of spacers. I had all new ARP wheel studs installed, so not worried about snapping lugs off when cornering etc. Plus the shop that built my car said they are nothing to worry about, he actually put them on to stop the slight rub at the rear.
