I also have DDM Tuning! I have 10000k Low Beams & 8000k Fogs @ 35w. I love mine! Prepare yourself for the occasional flashing from oncoming vehicles! Unfortunately, there aren't any companys that produce aftermarket Projector Headlights for our style cars so we're forced to use them in the stock reflective headlights, unless you retrofit some. Fellow Monte Carlo Forum member RosDaddy has a great write-up for installation!

Do your HID's shine through your covers very well? With my basic bulbs, I can barely see at night when driving. But I really like my covers and do not want to remove them.

You're definitely going to want to remove your covers at night. It drains light and, as far as I know, is illegal everywhere.
