This is my first ever car. I'm quite excited about it and its pretty awesome. Its a 2001 Monte Carlo SS, stock everything, some really minor rust and damage and a little ding on the front bumper.

It handles beautifully, accelerates like a beast, and I couldn't have asked for a nicer start. My only gripe so far is the lack of an aux audio port. Probably something I'll post about at a later date. But for now, bask in the glory of my first car.

I'm also very happy with the number plate. 128 makes me happy because its an exponent of 2 (computer geek) and the letters stand for What The Deuce (Family Guy fan). What does everyone think.

Nice to have a first car that excites you, lucky dog. Most of us had the ol $500 clunkers. Congrats!

I felt like some deja vu when reading your thread. It seems just like mine. Mine has only a tiny bit of rust, accelerated great and has no weird sounds. My '02 is also my first car.
