Hi all, just got these on yesterday for a new look, little something different, only Monte around for many miles with these!!:) Hi `Mike, "A little something different 4-Sure >WoW<" http://www.sherv.net/cm/emo/smoke/stoned-smiley.gif What have you been smoking ?:) That's a new look for a Monte Carlo & I've looked at many Monte Carlo's and never seen anything like it. You may have just started a new look & bringing back hub caps to the auto world. Thanks for posting/sharing. I may move to Colorado & open up a shop selling them.. http://www.sherv.net/cm/emo/smoke/pa...y-emoticon.gif >Break to search< I just found the below on a Google search in case member's may want to copy your new old/new style. https://montecarloforum.com/forum/da...AhCEAhCEH/2Q== <TABLE style="WHITE-SPACE: normal; WORD-SPACING: 0px; TEXT-TRANSFORM: none; COLOR: rgb(0,0,0); FONT: medium Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; WIDOWS: 1; LETTER-SPACING: normal; BACKGROUND-COLOR: rgb(255,255,255); TEXT-INDENT: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px" width=350 align=center border=0><TBODY><TR><TD colSpan=3 align=center>http://www.hubcapmike.com/images/screwon_racing_2.jpg</TD></TR><TR><TD colSpan=3 align=center>MoonEyes - Racing Discs, 16 inch Screw-On Wheel Covers rdc02-16</TD></TR><TR><TD colSpan=3 align=center>These MoonEyes are hard to find 16 inch solid aluminum screw-on racing discs and are great hubcaps for classic, kustom and modern cars (sometimes called Mooneys). Manufactured by MoonEyes, 16" Screw-on means that these wheel covers are screwed into the wheel (guess you won't have to worry about them flying off when you hit 120mph or anyone swiping em' either). These hubcaps come with installations instructions! Whether its on your classic car, rat rod or kustom kar, you just can't beat this classic style.</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE> |
That's them! Was a little hard to find the 16" Steelie rims, drove an hour away to a salvage yard picked them up for $35 a piece. Very easy to clean as well, the stock alloys were getting on my nerves to get all the nooks and crannies, and one had gotten ruined at a car wash. I like the new look, there are also two Chevy Cobalts in a 20 mile radius that sport the regular push on type of cover, they look cheap though.
