Perhaps a dead cell in the battery, but I did have my battery not make a good connection when the internal terminals got messed up, maybe that's what's happening in your case?

Sorry, I misread... An 05 GTP shouldn't have a Series II though, I thought it was a Series III, which is an L32 with electronic control.

Probably a coincidence. Random misfires are tough to diagnose. Check fuel pressure, could be an ignition module issue or MAF... or anything in between.

ZZP's site says you only get the IC version of the LIM when you have an IC. If you get the regular LIM for a non-IC engine, you'll have to modify it later to work, or get another one. Save your money...

For the fog lights, you could just wire up a new switch to avoid any potential issues.

Yes the car will still run, and run fine, it just will not be fast (at least as far as L67's go). At all. Low compression and the missing boost... A Cavalier would probably be faster.
