my first race's
 

well my monte is a old beat up 350,with a turbo 400 trans.my 1st gear ends at 40mph with the pedal to the wood.well now that you all know that.

my first actual race was against my buddy on the main road thru town.the speed limit is 35.this was a roll race,his car is a single cam 4cyl 5speed.when we took off all i heard was my secondarys open and the 350 come alive.probably pulled on him from about 35mph to about 55mph,we both let off at 70mph and he was about 2-3feet ahead of me.but when we started he grabbed 2nd gear and i was at the dead beginning of my 2nd gear,no power what so ever there.

my 2nd race was with my other buddy and his honda.about the same started at 30mph with it wont kick down to 1st.but we stayd about even until 60mph.his is also a single cam 5speed.but me an him raced again from a dig.on this race i spun accross the intersection and he spun off the line.but i was in 1st(wich is 0-40mph in a heartbeat).on this time i walked away from him,at least 2-3 cars ahead.cant wait for the 454 4speed and spool.:Dfor what the car is its great.
