MC LS vs Veloster (N/A)
 

Just figured I can see what I get out everyone and this run. Honestly I'm happy for a TRUE win (sorry you mythbusters:rolleyes:)

So, on my way home from school I spot this Hyundai Veloster dodging through traffic. Anyways, I work my way up to and eventually we both came to a stop light. Not knowing if he was going to get on it (honestly, hoping he would), I was ready, but didn't launch.

So when I realized he was going for it, I floored it and a ways away a car turned on our street (just so happened to be in my lane.) So I had to let off early of course (so I guess some of you might consider that a loss even with a car interfering) lol

We were lucky enough to get a 2nd run at another light. So this time I got ready to launch my car. RPM's set. Brake foot slowly letting up.

Green light. Foot lifts, gas down (slowly, then pushing it down rapidly). 1st just about spins all the way through except for the top of 1st. Now, before any of you start accusing me of having a 500whp car to spin all of 1st....mind you it's cold out here still :nono: and my tires were barely warmed up lol (and not to mention the line of filled small potholes didn't help with traction either).

So I was ahead of him from launch, and once I caught my traction at the top of 1st, I begun to quickly pull away (Sorry, no video here). I let off after seeing in my rear view, and wanted him to catch up so I can be a good sport of course.

Unfortunately we went our separate ways (I turned left and he went straight) so I stuck my hand out the windows and waved. Wish we could of talked.

I was hoping for it to be a Turbo'd Veloster so I could of given him a run for his money. I think it would be close, but I would love to see how I would of compared (hah..hah, bring on the Audi joke comparisons lol ).

Anyways, that's that and I just figured I'd share with you all here with a grain of salt, because I'm very happy for this. So take it for how it is please.

Sarcastically, I'm sure some of you can find this more...'believeable':rolleyes:
