^^^^1992 Camaro Z-28 155.7 mph and a 1995 Monte Carlo at 158.3 mph.

 

I know now that my Lumina goes 0-60 in 9.8sec...

my monte is advertised to be 0 to 60 in 5.5 sec. I usee the app torque to do my 0 to60s and seems like I'm around 6.0 sec. I will have 2 try it again on a cool day and see what I get

 

woo hoo it says my 96 z34 will do 0-60 in 7.7 seconds. although ive timed it to around 8.5 to 9

 

11.8 seconds in the quarter mile at 114 mph and 0 to 60 in 3.34 second...

So is it the longer wheel base and the lighter weight of the 2000 monte ss vs the 98 z34 that make it faster with the same engine? What the heck happend in 02, they must have testes the regular model and not the SS
