Default 03 Monte Carlo SS 3800 vs. 07 Saab 9-3 2.0Turbo

My girlfriend and I (I tought her how to actually drive, drive) went on a 10mile Intersate race. She (07saab turbo) had me for the first 3 miles but experience and great car handling won it. I'm sure a 1/4 mile straight leg race the Saab would win but in the long haul it didn't stand a chance. Future races to come against a 98 Jetta top end swapped, 01 Nissan Sentra Spec-V and a few others. Bowtie till I die

the spec v is a tough little car. my friend bought one when they first came out, and it went 15.3 bone stock. taking into account that it was his first time at the track, and the car he learned how to drive manual in, id say its impressive. also with the 6sp theyre pretty strong on the highway. i believe 01 is the first year for them, after that they changed the gearing a bit.

Yeah my main concern is the Nissan, it's a project sat for 2 years before he touched it and he just got it up n running. Both the Jetta and Sentra are stick, and worked really well. The Jetta I know I can smoke but once he does exhaust, turbo n installs his Chip I might be in trouble. But then again my white lightning monte is 100% stock haha. That's going to change before the next race
