'07 3.5L LS ... I used the stop watch on my cellphone lol from a deadstop dunno how accurate it was, but it sure was dangerous considering a truck was coming down the wrong side of the street when i did my little experiment ..:(

Not bad at all!!! You can get it accurately with an LS1M scanner if you decide to cough up the $150 or so.

Good time.

Here in town, the real spec is 60-100 as most road ragers know.

See if you could time that. The VVT should respond very well.

You might be able to contact ZZPerformance and have them hook you up with a centrifugal supercharger. Cost about 3 grand and customization.

I bet the engineers are out ther feverishly designing the supercharger for this new generation of VVT.

It prolly won't be long.

I checked one of my in-car track vids, and I'd estimate 60-100mph at around 6.5 seconds, maybe less. The speedo is not 100% accurate, so I checked my scan log from the track run.. and it was 6.2 seconds exactly from 60mph to 100mph during one of the runs. :-)

My 0-60mph from that same run was 4.0 seconds flat.

But that was with slicks of course.... The 60-100mph would be the same or less on the street, but the 0-60 would be just over 5 seconds because of traction.

Wow, 0-60 in 5 still gives a GREAT seat of the pants feel :)
