High Sport Appearence Package
Just wondering if anyone has come across any of these parts before...? I can't find anything and I've been searching online forever. There's no way i would purchase from a dealership either cuz that would be WAY too expensive. If anyone has any info on it lemme know ASAP. I think it makes the SS look better IMHO, i can live w/o but it would be nice to have...

Good luck, there are MANY people on this site looking for the ground effects, even some of us that are lucky enough to have them are looking for bits an pieces to replace the damage done by POs. Might try morad parts... unsure of the web site, do a search for it or wait for someone else that knows it or Eric's e-mail address, but even then it's not gonna be cheap! Happy hunting!
*edit* Found the e-mail for Eric: sales@moradpartscompany.com |
Welcome to the forum. have you checked the salvage yards? A used kit would be great, and inexpensive (depending on how much the yard's owner wsnts to charge you). But there are a couple of packages out there for a thousand or so. Check the pfyc.com:
http://www.pfyc.com/pc/MC1007/MCEXT/...nte+Carlo.html KGS: http://www.kgsengineering.com/monte-...c198d717efb6a1 Also through Bizrate: http://www.bizrate.com/automotive/mo...rlo-body-kits/ Your hot car: http://www.yourhotcar.com/product/li...&_Conversions/ Enjoy! |
I used to want them, but honestly, once you start to do some appearance modifications you lose the want to get them. Just think about the weight savings and the cost savings from not getting the factory ones haha
I really don't think my car needs them anymore :) |
Has anyone tried to make the high sport kit out of carbon fiber?
|
Out of carbon fiber? Wouldn't that be expensive? Hmm, wouldn't fiberglass be less expensive? i know it wouldn't be as strong as CF but ...!

Package includes choice of PACE car front or Intimidator front air dam and the PACE car spoiler. Kit fits 2000 to 2005 5 Piece Kit Prices (all parts are unpainted*) Full Kit (includes Pace Car spoiler ) $775.00 (plus freight) Kit without Spoiler $675.00 (plus freight) Pace style Spoiler $200.00 (plus freight) "Intimidator" Front Air Dam (see Monte Carlo-Intimidator) $550.00 (plus freight) It's not EXACTLY like the "high sport" ground effects.
