pulled it off a silver 2001 Monte from the local pick'n pull.
not sure if its factory or not but ill post some pics up when i get home from work!

Some scratchs on the back side of it (doesnt seem very deep, a good buf with proper compound should fix that) and also two small chips in the area that goes over the brake light, front looks pretty good to me

im not here to make millions, i paid a lil less for it, rather sell it for cheap then see it get crushed with the car, pics will be up in about 3h! :)

for the time being, its got 6 bolts in it and almost like a corrugated cardboard look on the inside, if that helps determine its factory or not

Yep, it should be. Aftermarkets usually only have 2 and a flat bottom. It's also distinct once its on the car if its factory by how it straddles the 3rd brake light.

Stock spoilers are clean cut to go...ahem...AROUND the 3rd brake light - the aftermarket ones just curve/bend around it, leaving a thicker, bevel look around the brake light.
