I have a black oem license plate filler panel for 00-05 Monte Carlo. It is used and in good condition, I'd give it an 8.5/10. See pictures. $65 shipped.

I also have black roof rails from a GTP. These are also used and in good condition. The previous owner I bought them from painted them himself. I'd give them a 7.5/10. As the pictures show, there is still some epoxy residue from the last install. However, the rails themselves are in great shape. They could use a little TLC and would like new with a fresh coat of paint on them. They were suitable for me so I left them the way they were. $165 shipped.

Buff/waxed the front plate filler and cleaned up the rails a little bit this weekend (removed excess epoxy). They're ready to be shipped and installed!
