im curious, what exactly is leaking

Whats with the fender? If you actually want to sell the car u should come down with youre price, kbb isnt what you call "accurate"

KBB is not a bad tool. It's a gauge. There are other factors to generating a car's value. Checking what others are asking in classifieds and Craigslist helps. And some is the location you're selling in.

Personally, without doing any homework, an '03 with a little over 100K for $3900 OBO, I think is a good starting price. If some one is interested, do some homework, make an offer.

Im no mechanic, but i just got my oil change, my guy said the oil sending unit, valve cover gasket leak. He said nothing too serious but in the long run should be fixed.

The fender, was a little fender bender, just needs to be repainted.

I ran an estimate on edmunds, just about right for starting.

Again, i am taking offers, I will go down on price if need be, considering its not in perfect condition, and needs work. Just making an honest sale because I need the $$$ for relocation/ expenses etc.
