Hey guys,

Long time, no see. The time has come where I must part with my Monte and I know if one of you fine individuals ends up with it, it will go to a good home. She's a bit of a fixer-upper at this point. Issues that I'm aware of include acceleration issues, coolant and oil leaks, a possible faulty oil pressure sensor (I think), a ticking sound that corresponds with RPM, and quite a bit of rust (thank you, Iowa winters). It has yet to leave me stranded on the side of the road, but these issue do need to be addressed. I have driven this car daily for about six years and have taken relatively good care of it. It has been garaged between driving for about half the time I've owned it, and has been an outside car the other half of the time. I bought the car as the second owner in 2011 with a little under 100,000 miles and it currently sits at 163,448. Most of the driving has been done on the highway, and I very rarely drove it hard. In the time that I've owned it, I have tinted the windows (15% on the back three and 35% on the front two), added the windshield and rear drivers side window decals, debadged the exterior, added a custom grille and plate filler to the front bumper, installed an SLP loudmouth catback exhaust system and K&N cold air intake, red LED interior lights, and installed two 12" Kenwood subs and a Hifonics 1000w amp. I have removed the head unit, but the subs and amp are included. I am asking $1200 for it as-is. I am located in the Iowa City, Iowa area.
