Here is a used ZZ-GPDP-2.5-C High flow Downpipe 2.5" with 400 cell Catalytic converter, I used it for about a year, and polished it up with a paint stripper wheel. stainless steel is very nice, and I will include the O2 sensor that has the same year of service. Looking to get $100 + shipping, it cost over $200 new.

Will this fit a 3.4 or just the 3.8 ? Herman

 

Not positive, it is designed for the 3.8. this bolts between the exhaust manifold and the pipe with the resonator, let me do a little research and see if it takes the same gaskets for the 3.4 and 3.8 that would be a good way to check...

 

No it won't fit, I just checked the Walker exhaust catalog for 2000 3.4 and 3.8, the front and rear gasket is different for both so odds are it will not fit.
