Default Weird paint idea.

Hey guys!

This morning I was watching a show about celebrities and their cars. This rapper named Big Sean came up and was driving his Jeep painted in.. wait for it.. Rhino Liner. Yeah, like the stuff you put in truck beds. I think it looks really cool and unique. Its like a very mean, flat black color. I was wondering what you guys thought about it. I'll attach a few images of some cars with it so you can see what I'm looking at.

I'm not sure how much it would cost.. but I'm looking. I'm sure it would be alot cheaper than a normal paint job, right?

Thanks for any opinions!
Tyler

I looked into it too. Up close it looks terrible and after it fades, then what do you do. You cant really buff it and Im sure scraping it back off isnt the easiest thing to do either.

I'm not going to do it, I just wanted to see what you guys thought. It's VERY unique, and it would turn heads unlike anything else.

Rhino lining isnt cheap. I doubt you will be able to get your whole car rhino lined for much less than a repaint.

i will agree it would look good on a truck or jeep, but not on a car, but it is definately unique, i am thinking of gutting my trunk and putting wood down where the bottom of the carpet is, and the i may do the sides with that....

A friend of mine's brother lives with a guy who did that to his entire suv... but it was a good idea because he would get really drunk and start running into things. haha

its been done a ton, it looks cool on a truck or something but not the most logical paint thing to do imo
