Thanks guys...... Quick question for you... My hood scoops are non-functional, but I would like to get an open mesh/grate that is close to the SLP grille design, where would I look for them?...... Thanks again...

 

Remove the scoops and get the functional MPD hood

 

Is there a difference between the SLP and TS grill?

I hear ya, those are beautiful hoods...... Unfortunately a $700 hood is not feasible for the near future...... I would also have to order it from the States and pay a wopping shipping cost on it...... One day!!... The SLP and the TS grilles are similar enough...... For now, I'll have to be content on opening them up for looks only...... Any ideas on where to get the grates?...... Thanks I really appreciate your advise,

 

Idk where to get them that it would look good honestly.

The TS Grille doesn't have any bowtie or box in it, it's just the grate because the TS edition Monte Carlos had a Chevy Decal on the hood.

you use 3m tape to put it on

 

You remove stock emblem, install with double sided tape like 3m .
