relocating a fuse box
 

has anybody relocated their fuse box in their engine? I plan on doing this when I start reconstructing my engine bay..is it ok to cut the wires and resplice them? or would that be a bad idea? I will be making fiberglass molds to cover the inner fenderwell to make the engine stand out more..i thought about just making a compartment where the battery sits to where all of that isn't visible is that's a better idea than relocating everything...I wanted to do a dual CAI behind each of the headlights (mainly for looks) and I cant do that id I have my battery and fuse box sitting there
