Default Really bad moisture.

Does anyone else have problems with water in the reverse lights, sometimes I can see it sloshing around on the lights it gets so full. Im worried about a short out. Anyone else have this problem, or an idea how to fix it??

its just a bad seal, seal it back up, its normal on most factory and oem parts, not the best thing that should be happening to these "high quality" items but sometimes theres nothing you can do about it

I'm noticing the seal around my driver side tail light letting go. Right around the top of the assembly. Unfortunately, since we're in a deep freeze, I'm gonna have to wait until spring to seal it up again.

So yeah, I'm having the same problem on my 04 Monte.

I just resealed my 1999 Monte's rear panel. Or at least I hope I did. I ran a bead of silicone sealer - for sealing windshield leaks - around the entire top and sides. I hope that will do the trick. Oh, and if you have so much water in the light that it sloshes around, drill a small hole at the botton to drain it. Friend of mine came to me to help replace a headlight in an Explorer that kept "burning out". Turns out it had about 2" of water in it. Hit a bump, water splashes on bulb, bulb explodes. Drilled a hole at the bottom, no more trouble.
