So I removed my old graphics the other day so I could get something a little more along the lines of what I wanted on the car. I've been thinking about this for some time now and Have come to the conclusion of either hockey stripes that go along the Monte Carlo body lines or rally stripes. The few 6 gen monte carlos I've seen with rally stripes that I've seen look really good but I I've Never seen a Monte with Hockey stripes. Opionions anyone?

The hockey stripes just look like when people paint the pin-striping, just a little more paint in spots, but honestly I think it looks nicer than rally stripes.

 

I like the hockey stripes, looks god on your car, mabye have the 3.8 badge put in a gap in the stripe like they did on old 350 camaros.

 

Hockey stripes only belong on a Camaro IMO so I vote for rally stripes. I know the Monte Carlo never came with stripes but is very close to the Chevelle which had the rally stripes.

 

+1 on the ralley stripes...

 

i personally vote for the rally stripes. the hockey stripes to me make the car look unbalanced - "front heavy", if you will. because the curve in the quarter panel looks like it feels left out without something on it.

 

i def go for rally stripes...however if you do that..it'll look close to mine :p ha check out the gallery

 

to be honest here, i would not do either, just my opinion???

 

rally look nice, but are you going to do the hood or the whole car? if your going to do the hood, try to remake your own design. I thought about sitting down and making a design like the challengers have, where its almost like two "L"'s upside down. Id just design it to our cars.

 

If I have to choose... Rally stripes, only because the hockey stripes should be on a Camaro only. I wouldn't do either though, personally.
