she's not like that. she's a "hold-my-hand" type of person, so i'd have to storm in there.

and she drives a hyundai accent.

i'm not storming in ANYWHERE for a hyundai accent. :P

i hate her car. manual windows, seats, etc. it's the lemon of all lemons too. she (well mommy & daddy) paid $6k for it about 5 years ago (it's an '01) and she had to have put about $10k worth of work into it. Unfortuantely she's not car-literate so she can't change her own oil and do the simple stuff, so whenever she goes in for a small job they whack her with $400, $800, worth of charges. and she can't drive to save her life so she makes it worse all the time. (hits curbs, drives it rough, that kinda stuff)

Well, I have to say minus the POS clutch in our company Accent...(throw out bearing seized at 55K) and this has happend to 3 out of the 4 Accents in our company all between 45 and 70K, but anyway, minus that issue, they have been pretty reliable, but ours are the newer model 05's...I still HATE it with a passion. LOL

Sounds to me like the Accent is a good choice for your friend...LOL make sure she NEVER gets the keys to your Monte...way to nice ofa car for her, plus she probably would not know what to do with all that power except for maybe hit a curb going even faster...LOL

ohhhhh nononono. i don't even let her drive when we go anywhere, i always drive. i hate the way she drives. on the phone, changing cd's (and mind you she has the external/portable cd player hooked up to the car's tape player), eating a burger, steering with her knees. she's one of those people. it drives me absolutely insane. needless to say she's not allowed to bring anything except herself in my car. ever.

when you don't know what it's like to have a nice car, you just don't care, apparently....
