ebay and just look for the lowest price, they're probably going to be about $250 or more either way

same for the black headlights?

ebay yes not sure on the price just find them low and get hids because you won't be able to see well with them at night

Both on eBay is a good bet. I got my LED Tails for $220 shipped.
