Interchangeable parts help
 

I have a 2006 Monte Carlo SS. I need a new front bumper, hood, and headlight assembly. I wanted to know what year and model cars have interchangeable parts with my car. Thanks ahead of time.

I could be mistaken, but I think you are limited to the 06 and 07 model years. You can probably outsource aftermarket parts from ebay and carid or other online sites as I know they make aftermarket hoods and ground fx and headlight assemblies but I am not certain on the front bumper. Another place to look would be rockauto.com they may have the factory parts at good prices as well

I could be mistaken, but I wanted to toss this out there. I think, maybe, possibly the hood and fenders are unique to our '06/'07. (They could be '06-'13 Impala parts, too. Verification?)

I know the front plastic bumper cover and grilles are certainly for those two years of Monte Carlo only.

However, I'm also pretty sure that we do share our headlights with the Impala of the same generation. Could someone verify that as well?

The Impala grille and bumper will fit the 7th gen. Monte. The lines don't hit our fenders perfectly, but can be caressed into place. Here is a forum members 7th gen with the 07 Impala bumper and grille...
