Im looking to put the high sport package bumpers and skirts on my MC like a lot of MC owners are. I understand that its hard to find these parts and when you do find them they are expensive. So with that said Im considering this scenario and I would like your input on it. I own a 2003 Silver Monte Carlo so what if I look around on craigslist and find another MC with the high sport package on it and buy it. Would I be able to swap parts and resell it? Like could I take the bumpers and everything and put them on my car and put my car's bumpers on that one and resell it? Im thinking if I do that I could maybe break even and it wouldn't cost me anything besides time and effort. What are your thoughts?

 

Welcome... There was a member on here recently who was selling most of what you'll need... Can't remember off hand who it was, look in the classified section as it will be listed there... By the way, his prices were very reasonable... Maybe another member can chime in with who it was... Good luck...

 

Sounds like a lot of work for little benefit.

I would just keep an eye out for the lips themselves and put them on your existing bumper.
