Where could I get the filler piece that replaces the area for the front license plate?

 

ebay, local craigslist, or on here.

i don't think there are any currently but there are sometimes fillers being sold on here.

also, you can find them on ebay once in a while.

lastly, your local ads on craislist may have them.

they've become more and more difficult to find lately.

 

Try putting in monte carlo license plate cover in google. After that it just takes some time to dig for the best price.
