That vw vs Ferrari video was the worst! I see 2 cars line up and screw around and never get to it. Was that even a quarter mile or and eighth? The VW obviously had him, but it didn't even seem like they were racing. The HPA r32 is the fastest VW ever, but the Ferrari in that video was screwin' around - spinnin'! A MazdaSpeed3 is pwnd by a new v6 mustang and receives no credit. The Mazda is far more attractive then the dated VW. I am not impressed...

 

Maybe I'M the jackass, but whenever I pull up next to Prius/hybrid too-gooders, for some reason my foot gets real heavy and I can't control it.
Leave them in the dust, EVERY time.
Now, the volt in the other hand ... that's stylish. lol, i'm such a hypocrite.

If that ever happens, i'm buying a bicycle. No doubt, save and get back in shape.
Although, i would have to leave very early for work, and then arriving I would already be tired.

Lets hope it doesn't end that way... for me.

 

Yeah if gas ever gets that ridiculously expensive I would rather walk or ride a bicycle than even consider getting a hybrid. I know I'm not the most practical person in the world, but I literally need to hear some kind of internal combustion engine with at least 8 cylinders (right now my dad's truck is the only one that fits that description). My Monte will also suffice quite nicely with its mystery exhaust (I still haven't had the opportunity to take it to my muffler shop to find out what the heck it is). All I know though is that it sounds purdy darn good...

To me my car says, "Screw you V8 RWD cars. I'm a 6'er and FWD and proud of it!!"

Honestly though most people have to ask. The first time I drove it to school someone came up to me and said, "You got a nice car, is it a V8?" Then my friend's brother asked if it was RWD. THEN, someone else asked me if it was a stick. So, not many people actually know much about our cars.

(Seriously though I respect a nice V8 RWD car)

 

I'd kinda like to see a fiery explosion caused by a defective floor mat...

 

That sure would be an effective way to rid America of the disease that is Toyota. But I have to say, I don't really want anyone to get seriously hurt. Just a wake up call to let them know how stupid they were to even get into one of those coffins.
