I just listen to the radio, 102.5 DVE is the only station for me! I'm not big into CD's, I like to know if there is something going on it will be said on the radio. if there is a service bulletin, issues with the weather, traffic conditions etc......

 

wow all you guys radio plays clear thats nuts. i just listen to cd's mostly rap/hiphop then ocassionally some rock.

 

I listen to Z-98(97.9) out of Sioux City, IA. They have a mix of rock from the 70's up to today. I also listen to talk radio, but only Coast to Coast am when I work nights. My favorite bands would have to be Chevelle, Metallica, and Disturbed. Although, I have been listing to a lot of Lacuna Coil and Slipknot lately.

 

I listen to Salsa, Reggaeton, Merengue and Bachata. Living in Oklahoma City, and for obvious reasons, I don't listen to the radio stations here. I up load the Ipod and go. It's good to have a 120 gig Ipod, never run out of music with em.

I listen to a lot of different music, but can't stand country, rap, and death metal. I really like classic rock and 80's music especially gothic.

 

Lately its been Metallica, Offspring, Linkin Park, Nickelback, Everlast... "Ain't no rest for the wicked" by Cage the Elephant, I seem to be stuck on that one song. I make my own cd's so I don't scratch up my good ones.

I listen to the radio if they're having a good classic rock day.

Anyone listen to XM much?

 

My roommate at College has the XM radio... that is pretty nice. I mentioned earlier I listened to talk radio... I listen to country or comedy albums (Blue Collar Guys, Larry the Cable Guy, Bill Engvall, Jeff Foxworthy, Ron White are my favorites). On Sunday nights going back to Campbell, I like to listen to Lon Helton's Country Countdown USA.

 

when me & my buddie took a mini-roadtrip to a junkyard after christmas he brought along his XM unit and we plugged it into the monte. that is TRULY an awsome lil gadget, i'm not gonna get one personally but for someone like a truck driver or someone who drives long distances its awsome. his dad drives truck, and my friend got his when his dad got a buy 1 get one free lifetime subscription. the comedy stations are a RIOT! i had to turn 'em off after i almost put the car in a ditch from laughing too much

 

I will listen to talk at times if theres some current crisis abound....most time it cut CD' with Dave Mathews , nickleback , bare naked ladys. rush or these guys lead singer bassest is my bosses son, all four boys met in the cathohlic grade school

can't stand classic rock stations. if I want old Boston , styx or skynard I'll throw in the cd so I can hear the less played recordings from the band...classic rock is like old school...nothing new or interesting IMO
