Mornin' all. Happy Hump Day! We got a ton of rain dumped on us yesterday and throughout the night, but we're getting a small break from it at the moment. Then another front is supposed to roll in bringing more rain. It's 53° with 86% humidity and overcast. I'll be heading over to the food bank today to help with handing out Thanksgiving dinner supplies. You can sure tell the economy is taking a toll. The lines continue to get longer and longer and the donations continue to dwindle. Helping out at the food bank is a double edge sword. It puts a smile on your face when you see the happiness it brings to those in need, but you have to fight back the tears and disappointment when you have to turn someone away because the shelves are bare. Anyways, my oldest daughter and her boyfriend will be coming over tomorrow to spend the day with us which will be pretty cool. If I don't get a chance to check in tomorrow I hope everyone has a fantastic Thanksgiving, and hope everyone makes a good one of it today.

Morning friends. Yep hapy Humpday. Working from home today and then have thursday and friday off.

Have lots to be thankful for this year. From small things to big things in my life today.
Space your pictures are truley thought provoking. In the past we have adopted poor families at christmas and brought in everything from their christmas dinner to christmas tree and small gifts for their kids. Not sure wht the family plans are for this year.

We have friends that have lost loved ones close to the holiday and they will need extra TLC.

Dad passed 19 years ago yesterday so brings a special meaning to Thanksgiving for me. Was his fav holiday

You ALL HAVE A GREAT HOLIDAY, STAY SAFE and help someone out when and where you can. Have a friend alone for the holiday? Invite them over for turkey dinner!

Peace!

Good Morning `Mike,
It's so great to read about your helpful service to others 4-Sure It's says a lot about the type of person that you are...I hope others are inspired by your example..I pray that we can find better leaders in our country to lead us to better times for all, but in reality (?), everyone that has, should help those that are unfortunate & do not have Thank You..

It seems that everyone also has a weather problem during the many seasons of the year, but your area is know for it's rain, but also it's beauty... Thanks for your Holiday wishes.

Mornin guys. Stopping in Crossville, TN to go to the bathroom, grab food and get more coffee. This also marks the end of the backroad stretch. With the exception of about 40 miles it's interstate the rest of the way.
